CASA Ltd provides a 12-month workmanship warranty, commencing from the date of project completion. This warranty covers any defects or faults that arise as a direct result of our installation methods, materials applied, or craftsmanship, provided the works have been used under normal domestic conditions. The warranty is intended to ensure that all work undertaken by CASA Ltd meets the highest professional standards of quality and durability.

In addition to our workmanship guarantee, manufacturer warranties will apply to any materials, products, or components supplied and installed by us. These manufacturer warranties may vary depending on the specific product and are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. CASA Ltd will assist clients, where possible, in making any valid claims under such manufacturer warranties.

While we take great pride in the quality and longevity of our work, certain conditions fall outside the scope of this warranty. The following are not covered:

• General wear and tear resulting from normal usage over time.

• Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications to the completed work.

• Natural movement, expansion, or contraction of timber caused by variations in temperature or humidity.

• Water ingress, dampness, or damage resulting from structural movement or insufficient building protection.

• Any subsequent work, adjustments, or interference by other trades or individuals after our installation has been completed.

• Accidental damage, impact, or harm caused by third parties, pets, or external events beyond our control.

• Materials, products, or components supplied by the client or third parties at the client’s request. CASA Ltd’s warranty applies only to workmanship carried out by CASA Ltd and to materials/products supplied by us or our approved suppliers.

These exclusions are consistent with standard industry practice and help to ensure that our warranty remains fair and clearly defined.

To maintain the validity of the warranty, clients are expected to follow appropriate care and maintenance guidelines for all installed works. This includes ensuring that the environment remains suitable for timber and other materials. For example, maintaining proper ventilation, humidity, and temperature levels to minimise natural movement or deterioration.

Clients are also required to notify CASA Ltd in writing within 14 days of becoming aware of any potential issue or defect. Early reporting allows us to assess and address any concerns promptly and to prevent minor issues from developing into larger problems. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in reduced or voided warranty coverage.

In some cases, an on-site inspection may be required to assess the extent of the problem. Service call charges may apply if a reported issue is outside the warranty or due to environmental conditions.
