01 INITIAL ESTIMATE
The process begins with an initial ballpark quotation, provided to give clients a general idea of the expected project cost. This estimate is based on the preliminary information available and serves as a starting point for discussion. It allows clients to gauge feasibility, budget alignment, and overall project scope before proceeding to the design stage.

02 DESIGN DEPOSIT (30%)
Once the client wishes to proceed, a 30% design deposit is required to secure the project in our schedule. This deposit covers the time and resources invested in developing detailed design concepts, drawings, and specifications tailored to the client’s requirements. It also demonstrates the client’s commitment to moving forward with the project in partnership with Casa Ltd.

03 DESIGN & APPROVAL
During this stage, our design team works closely with the client to refine every aspect of the project. Drawings and material selections are adjusted as needed until the final design fully meets expectations. No manufacturing or ordering takes place until written approval is received, ensuring complete confidence in the agreed design before moving ahead.

04 ON ORDER PAYMENT (30%)
A further 30% payment is due once the design has been approved and all specifications have been confirmed. This payment enables us to order the required materials and schedule the project within our production calendar. At this stage, we can usually provide a provisional installation date, giving the client a clear sense of the project timeline.

05 MANUFACTURE & INSTALLATION
Following approval, the manufacturing process begins, with our skilled craftsmen ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Throughout production and installation, clients are kept informed of progress and any relevant updates. Casa Ltd aims to deliver a smooth, transparent process, with careful coordination to ensure timely and professional completion.

06 FINAL PAYMENT (40%)
The remaining 40% balance is due upon completion of the installation and client sign-off. This final payment confirms the successful delivery of the project and ensures that all works have been completed to the client’s satisfaction. Casa Ltd remains available post-completion to address any queries or provide aftercare advice as part of our ongoing commitment to quality and service.
