Welcome to Coach Adrian's Sports Academy.

CASA is a sports coaching company aimed at primary schools and young children in the local areas surrounding Poole.

CASA was set up by two enthusiastic sports coaches, who wanted to show how sports could play an important role within the school environment.

With more and more research and statistics coming out about how schools and students are under pressure to perform academically. Sports within schools were being pushed aside and in some cases dropped from the timetable altogether. Thankfully over the last year this has been addressed and the importance for physical activity in the school day has been noticed.

Great! BUT.........

It's all well and good giving games sessions the time needed in schools, but its equally important to have the sessions run correctly so that the time given is used to it full potential. This is not a problem for schools that have specialized sports teachers that can take the sessions but not all primary schools have that luxury. Therefore the teachers themselves have to take the sports session which they may not feel comfortable doing. This is where we come in!

We offer qualified coaching session designed around the national curriculum. Which include fun activities that keep the children active and healthy whilst making new friends and building confidence. The aim is to encourage children to participate in sports during school and hopefully encourage them to carry on outside of school.
