We would like to invite your child/children to the Sports Camps we are running. The camp will be an All Sports camp with plenty of opportunities for boys and girls to try out new and exciting sports. Such as: football, tennis, badminton, basketball, rounders, golf, dodge ball, dance, Trampolining and many more. There will always be a choice of sports available to the children allowing them to pick the sports they want!
Where will the camp be?
The Camp is being held at Lytchett Manor Sports Centre between 8.30am and 3.30pm or Poulner Infants School between the hours of 9.00am and 3.30pm.
When will the camps run?
Camp's will run every half term and for a minimum of three weeks in the summer. See when the next camp is running by viewing the calendar below.
Who can attend the camp?
We aim the camps at 4 – 12 year olds but that is only a guide line. It’s aimed at boys and girls who want to have fun being active with friends in a safe environment.
What facilities are there?
At Lytchett Manor we have the run of the sports facilities including Astroturf pitch, Field, Sports Hall, Dance Hall, Trampolines, Community Room, Tennis Courts, Badminton Courts and Cricket Green. At Poulner Infants School we use the Fields, School Hall, Classrooms, Playground, Play Trails. These great facilities allow us to offer the children a wide variety of sports to try.
Will my child be safe?
The children are constantly watched by qualified sports coaches who are 1st aid trained and CRB checked. All members of my team work within the schools during term time where they regularly coach all different aged children and gain good experience in looking after them. The sports centre is on a school ground so the facilities are very child friendly and secure.
How much will it cost?
The cost of the camp is £15 a day or you can book a full week for only £50!

HURRY PLACES ARE LIMITED!
CASA is a sports coaching company aimed at primary schools and young children in the local areas surrounding Poole.
CASA was set up by two enthusiastic sports coaches, who wanted to show how sports could play an important role within the school environment.
With more and more research and statistics coming out about how schools and students are under pressure to perform academically. Sports within schools were being pushed aside and in some cases dropped from the timetable altogether. Thankfully over the last year this has been addressed and the importance for physical activity in the school day has been noticed.
Great! BUT.........
It's all well and good giving games sessions the time needed in schools, but its equally important to have the sessions run correctly so that the time given is used to it full potential. This is not a problem for schools that have specialized sports teachers that can take the sessions but not all primary schools have that luxury. Therefore the teachers themselves have to take the sports session which they may not feel comfortable doing. This is where we come in!
We offer qualified coaching session designed around the national curriculum. Which include fun activities that keep the children active and healthy whilst making new friends and building confidence. The aim is to encourage children to participate in sports during school and hopefully encourage them to carry on outside of school.
